Beautiful. Mysterious. Delicious.
Cookies are an important part of the west coast ecosystem, playing a critical ecological role and sustaining virtually the entire resident human population in the region. Although several common species are universally familiar, beginners often struggle with the bewildering array of subspecies and hybrids.
You are cordially invited to join the Raincoast Education society for a special evening workshop focused on the taxonomy, identification, and consumption of cookies to be held at Darwin’s Café, Thursday December 13, 2018 7-9pm
Raincoast Education Society staff will be on hand to discuss our events and programs, and share our plans for the year to come.
