With the holidays right around the corner, learn simple recipes to make sweet and savoury accompaniments for your family meals. Using the water bath canning method, you will learn food preservation techniques from a PreserveSAFE certified instructor that will allow you to enjoy the last of Fall’s harvest into the winter. We’ll be making jars of cranberry relish and pear chutney, perfect stocking stuffers for the foodies in your life!
