Sea Otters: Join a Parks Naturalist with the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve to learn all there is to know about Sea Otters of the BC west coast. From the deep historic role they have played in British Columbia, to their ecology and behavior.

What is a Prop Talk: Fun, hands-on activities for everyone – young and experienced.  From the secret world of slugs to the mudflats at Grice Bay, there’s something new every day! Ask a staff member what’s happing today!

When & Where:  2pm at the Kwisitis Visitor Centre in the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve.


  • The event is free and open to all ages.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Please do not bring pets and recording devices are not permitted.
  • Ask all your questions and interact with the props provided by Parks Canada.
