Cooking For Co-Existence

Moss & Milk and Surfside Grill will be cooking with invasive species, while Leah showcases Indigenous ingredients, techniques, and spices. The dishes can be enjoyed individually or as a mezze-style platter where everyone’s contributions come together on one table — a living expression of coexistence. The outdoor space between the two restaurants will be transformed into a gathering area, with live music from Tsimka & Michael Red.

All profits are being donated to ƛaʔuukʷiʔatḥ Tribal Parks, Tla-o-qui-aht Wolf Pack, and Rising Tide Surf.
