Truth, Honour & The Way Forward Exhibit 2026
October 9 - 15, 2026 | 9:30am - 5:00pm
This educational and artful exhibit launches annually in Ucluelet on September 30, the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (also known as Orange Shirt Day), then moves to the Tofino Visitor Centre in October.
Students from Ucluelet Secondary School created a series of projects that celebrate culture, language, health, and well-being. While previous years focused on themes of Truth and Honour, this year's theme, The Way Forward, highlights hope, resilience, and community wellness.
Their work will be showcased alongside the Legacy of Hope Foundation's How to Be an Ally exhibit.
