This workshop is open to any of our members who is interested in understanding how to communicate with visitors should a crisis arise, not limited to wildfires.
The Facilitator of the workshop will be Krista Lochhead, who is a seasoned professional with nearly a decade of experience in hospitality and tourism, notably with Hatch Communications in Vancouver. Krista excels in media relations and crisis communication, leveraging global insights and strong media relationships to guide clients while securing significant earned media coverage.
