Destinations International 2024 Annual Convention

The event was a gathering of international industry professionals, offering opportunities for learning, networking, and sharing insights about various destinations. Sessions included topics on marketing, social inclusion, AI, sustainability and regenerative tourism, building Indigenous tourism, advocacy, data insights and much more!

Brad had the opportunity to present as part of a "Flashes of Brilliance" session on the topic "How Travel Can Rapidly Spread World-changing Innovation," showcasing the "Travel Beyond" podcast featuring stewardship initiatives in Tofino.

Prior to the conference, Jody completed courses for the Destination International CDME program. We look forward to implementing the knowledge and insights gained from this event in future initiatives.
