Seeking your accommodation offers for the Spring 2025 campaign

Spring in Tofino is when nature re-awakens and some of our favourite species come into sight - it's also the season with the most opportunity to boost occupancy rates and stimulate the local economy. As such, our Spring campaign has for a few years now been the longest-running and largest spend of the year, with messaging running on various channels starting mid-February to the first week of June.

We're continuing the momentum of the fall/winter campaign theme of expecting less in Tofino, when it comes to the lower cost of accommodations in spring versus summer.

Highlighting your accommodation offers

Our goal is to drive audiences from BC, Alberta and Washington State to member accommodation offers that pass on extra value or savings to those visiting in spring. Need ideas for your offer? View these offers from the fall/winter campaign.

Please send the following:

• one (or a maximum of two) offers per business, redeemable anytime from March through mid-June 2025. These can be packages that are already posted on your website.

*** your offer does not have to be valid for that entire date range, but the more availability a potential visitor sees, the better chances there are for planning a stay ***

• a "starting at" price, based on double occupancy and exclusive of taxes. If possible, include the potential savings.
   
• 2-3 photos from which we can select your "teaser card" / main image to represent your offer. Your teaser card is more of a portrait/vertical orientation, while the main photo for your offer, when a user clicks/taps on the teaser card, is horizontal/landscape.

• We are encouraging accommodations to partner with an experience (tour, food and beverage, retail, etc.) to create an offer/package.
