Make Your Event Shine

• Event Details - users will be directed to this link for more info and/or where to purchase tickets. Send us the "when, where, what, why, and how much" of your event if you do not have it on a website or social post we can direct to. 
  • Start date
  • End date
  • Start time (end time if you have it)
• Audience: Is your event community-facing, visitor-facing or both? Events open to the community only will have the word ‘Community’ included in the event title. All events will be displayed publicly on the Events Calendar website.
• Photo:
  • JPEG file preferred
  • Max file size: 4MB
  • Optimal size: Landscape preferred -  2400px x 1250px. Vertical images tend to get cut off and do not display well (we will take whatever you have)
  • High resolution (as high quality as possible)
  • Include photo credit (photographer name)
  • No posters including photos with text, writing or logos. These can be difficult to read in our list view calendar and disrupt the aesthetic of the event calendar. 

If you do have a poster for your event, we’d be happy to print it and display it on our bulletin board here at the Tofino Visitor Centre. Just send us your design, and we will take care of the rest!

We will post the event within 5 business days of receiving your details.
