Nuu-chah-nulth Land and Waters with ƛaʔuuk/Gisèle Maria Martin

Join us August 27th from 3-5pm for Nuu-chah-nulth Land and Waters with ƛaʔuuk/Gisèle Maria Martin!

This workshop is a great opportunity for guests to learn about Indigenous Nuučaanuł/Nuu-chah-nulth Cultural Lifeways, protocols, laws, and living teachings which protect this beautiful place, as well as early and ongoing contact and the importance of language.

Gisèle is a Cultural Lifeways Guardian, language educator, storyteller and artist in the Tla-o-qui-aht Tribal Parks located in the Ḥaaḥuułi of the ƛaʔuukʷiʔatḥ Ḥawiiḥ.
