Tourism Tofino 2025 Scholarship for Graduates
In its third year, Tourism Tofino has awarded our annual scholarships totalling $30,000 to three graduating students of Ucluelet Secondary School.
As part of our destination stewardship efforts, the board of directors of Tourism Tofino identified an opportunity to create and manage a scholarship program to support young locals who are interested in pursuing a career in tourism. This initiative would serve to support the local tourism industry by fostering a new generation of local tourism entrepreneurs, while at the same time giving back to the communities on the west coast of Vancouver Island.
This years recipients were:
- Sakura Westcott
- Kenya Beaton
- Yemaya Windle
We would like to congratulate all of the 2025 graduates in our region, and look forward to following the success of the three 2025 scholarship recipients.
