As the summer season kicks off, we’re excited to share important updates, events, and resources to help you, your staff, and your guests make the most of their time in Tofino.

Visitor Centre Hours & Mobile Services

Starting Sunday, June 15, the Tofino Visitor Centre will be open daily from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

You’ll also find our Visitor Services Team at our pop-up tent next to the District of Tofino Municipal Office on Campbell Street, Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM, beginning June 19. Stop by and say hello!

Washed Up Wednesdays: Beach Clean Series

Join us for Washed Up Wednesdays, our weekly beach clean initiative running July 2 – August 20, every Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Summer Toolkits for Businesses

We’ve mailed out Summer Toolkits to support your team during the busy season. Each kit includes:

• Tofino Welcome Guide
  Learn about the ʔiisaak pledge, the four Tla-o-qui-aht teachings, and responsible visitation tips—like being CoastSmart, conserving water, keeping dogs on leash, and fireworks and beach fire regulations.
