Let us take the guesswork out of planning your feasts over the winter holidays by bringing you all the special menu options so that you can worry about taking time outside instead of what to take out.
Here is a list of all the different takeout, tasting menus and dining events for Christmas and New Year's Eve:
Christmas Eve & Day:
Pre-ordered meals and treats! The pre-order cut-off is Friday, December 20.
- Christmas Eve Dinner ($50/person, minimum 2 people) - Enjoy roasted turkey and ham dinner with stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, honey-glazed roasted vegetables, and cranberry sauce. Can add an individual meat pie for $12, or a full-size meat pie for $48

You can pre-order Gourmet Holiday Platters for December 23 - 31 by emailing . There are 2 size options: Gourmet Platter for 2-4 people ($100) or Gourmet Platter for 4-8 people ($200). You can also ask about dairy-free and vegetarian substitutions (see all the details on their website).
December 24, 25 and 31, the Pointe Restaurant, On the Rocks Bar, and the Driftwood Cafe will be open. Reservations for the restaurant are required. The daily brunch menu will be available, as will a Chef's Tasting Menu and the Table D'Hote Menu.
Book ahead for a three-course tasting menu on December 25. There are three seating times: 3 PM, 5 PM and 7 PM. Looking for a spot at the table? Join the "Chosen Family" table at 5 PM.

New Year's Eve:
Toast to the Coast: A New Year's Gala December 31 ($80/person) - Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Shelter with a cold seafood bar, cocktails, and bubbles from 8 PM – 10 PM, along with dancing and music to ring in the New Year!
Free Fireworks Displays:
- Cox Bay Fireworks at 8 PM
- MacKenzie Beach Fireworks at 9:30 PM
