Any Mom may agree that it’s hard to pick a favourite. The Tofino Distillery has two cocktail recipes to share with you for some at-home mixology for her.

Cocktail #1 
Bacio del Limone (lemon kiss) 

A delightfully simple sipper

First, a video demonstation:

Ingredients:
  • 1oz Tofino Distillery Limoncello
  • 4oz Prosecco
  • Frozen berries of your choice
Method:
  • Add frozen berries to champagne flute
  • Pour in 1oz Limoncello
  • Top with Prosecco

 

Cocktail #2:

Rose Hibiscus Gin Margarita 

A bold beauty, best enjoyed on a sunny patio
Here’s the quick video how-to:

Ingredients:
  • 1.5oz Tofino Distillery Rose Hibiscus Gin
  • 1oz Cointreau
  • 1oz lime juice
  • .5oz simple syrup

For serving: double rocks glass, lime juice, kosher salt

Method:
  • Rim the glass with lime juice + kosher salt
  • Fill glass with ice
  • In cocktail shaker full of ice combine Rose Hibiscus Gin, Cointreau, lime juice + simple syrup.
  • Shake vigorously
  • Strain into prepared glass
