Wickaninnish Inn Cocktail In the Arms of Rhubarb

Gather your ingredients:

  • 1oz – Rhubarb Gin Liqueur (Sheringham Distillery)
  • 1oz – Genever (Divine Distillery + Winery)
  • 0.5oz – Fino Sherry
  • 0.5oz – St. Germain
  • 2 dashes – Aromatic Bitters

Method:
Shake over ice, and double strain into a coupe glass

Garnish (optional): Long curl of thinly sliced rhubarb stalk and fresh blossoms, intertwined as you wish.
